ACCOMMODATION POLICIES 

Thank you for staying with us at Popcorn Ratchada House. Kindly refer to our accommodation policies below for more information. We wish you a very pleasant stay. 

CHECK IN TIME: 
Our standard check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm.
Check-in after 10 pm can be arranged by informing reception in advance.
ID Card or Passport are required during check-in. Credit card details may be held for payment, incidentals and security against any additional charges or damages 

CHECK OUT TIME: 
Our standard check-out time is up to 11 am. 
You can request late check-out up till 1 pm although this is subject to availability 
Late checkouts beyond 1 pm shall be at THB 100 per hour till latest 5 pm. Check-out after 5 pm will be considered as additional full-day rate; All late check-outs subject to availability only. 

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO RESERVATIONS 
Cancellations or modifications for a room reservation must be received at least 3 or more days before planned date of arrival. If made less than 3 days from date of arrival, a one night accommodation charge or 30% of the original total booking, whichever may be higher, charged. 
Note: Cancellations or modifications must be made via the small channel as the original reservation i.e. travel agent, booking engine etc; Other cancellation periods and penalties may apply depending on specific rate conditions and booking websites used. 

RATES 
All rates provided based on standard capacity of room type chosen. There is no capacity for extra beds. 

CHILDREN POLICY
Children < 7 year stay for free on existing beds; Children 7 or above considered as adult rate. All guests under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

ROOM ALLOCATION 
Consideration is always given to allocate each guest the room of his booking and choice. In the event such rooms are not available due to unforeseen reasons, we will offer another room as replacement. 

LUGGAGE STORAGE 
Free storage of luggage are available for up to 7 PM on the date of check-out at the guest's sole risk to loss or damage from any causes; Overnight storage can be arranged if required at THB 100 per day, subject to space availability 

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES 
Additional services such as transport and airport transfers are provided by third party agents. We will facilitate these bookings but are not liable in any way for the failure in delivering the service, nor for any negligence or omissions by these agents 

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY 
Guest shall be responsible for any ''incidental'' damage to hotel furnishings or amenities caused by themselves or their guests. These could include damages to bed sheets, towels, or upholstery stains, holes in walls, furniture or appliance damage or extra cleaning due to the state the room was left in. Charges for these incidentals or missing items are available as a printed list on request. 

SMOKING 
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the guest rooms or indoor areas. Guest are liable for a cleaning fee of THB 2500 should smoking occur in the rooms during their stay. Kindly use the outdoor smoking areas provided on the room balcony or lobby entrance 

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the premises of the accommodation 

GENERAL 
Outside visitors are not premitted in the premises after 10pm unless registered by the staying guest. All guests are also kindly requested to limit excessive noise to avoid disturbing other guests in the premises.
